As Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Planning, Sean Dwyer designs and maintains all facets of Perspecta’s IT Infrastructure. With 20+ years’ experience, Sean has an outstanding history delivering strategic enterprise solutions along with reliable service. His track record includes business-driven technology design and delivering agile, flexible, and scalable solutions.

​Throughout his career, Sean has held leadership roles with IBM, Villanova University and Journal Register Company.

Sean has a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Strayer University. He is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) as well as a Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP).
