President & CEO

​Howard serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Perspecta. He is also an officer on the Board of Directors. He leads the organization in transforming the accessibility and analysis of healthcare providers information. He has deep domain expertise in insurance, healthcare, and financial services. Howard has more than 25 years of executive leadership and experience in driving innovation and hypergrowth across technology, and specifically the Software as a Service industry.

Prior to Perspecta, Howard has led four start-up companies to successful liquidity events/IPO. He was a Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Operations for ADP, and a Partner at Accenture.

Howard has an MBA and BA from the State University of NY at Buffalo.
