Joseph brings more than 15 years of experience in enterprise sales and Software as a Service, all of which are in the health and health insurance industry.

​Prior to Perspecta, Joseph has been a sales manager or individual contributor at four innovative health software start-up companies.

Joseph has an MBA from UCLA and BA from Brigham Young University.
